Prospect Search

A Prospect Search allows the
user to create a targeted lead list based on a range of addresses in a specific
area. Under the Prospect Search you can choose to search all the address
numbers in a certain range, the odd or even numbers in a range or numbers
higher or lower than a certain address number. The search also allows you to
define the following fields for your search: city, property class, sale amount,
sale date and the availability of a telephone number. The report produced by
this search contains records with the following fields: owner’s name, property
address, telephone number (if available), last sale amount and last sale date.
